Jamie grew up hearing stories and watching her grandpa invest in real estate. Even back then, it seemed like a great plan. She bought her first house in 2008 with her now husband, fixing it up while living there, renting rooms to friends. From there she and her husband saved, and bought a new house about every 2 years, keeping the previous to rent. This led to larger renovations and eventually flipping properties, and finally getting her Real Estate License.
What was supposed to help her with her own investing turned into the new love of helping others achieve their goals using real estate. With her knowledge with renovating and large contact list with trades people, she has been a valuable asset in getting new investors started in their own journeys, beyond just getting them to closing.
Jamie is very passionate about using real estate to move forward, whether it is having one rental for retirement, growing your portfolio, or simply being able to own your very own home.
